From Swann Avenue south to Hillsborough Bay and from Rome Avenue east to
Hillsborough Bay.
We refer to this neighborhood as Hyde Park, but it is actually the combination of two subdivisions:
Morrison Grove and West Hyde Park, not to be confused with the actual Hyde Park subdivision
that is south of the University of Tampa.
